Resolution; impact of imports on unemployment investigation.

Directs the House Committee on Education and Labor to initiate an investigation designed to evaluate the impact of motor vehicles imported into the United States on unemployment in the motor vehicle manufacturing industry in the United States, and in the United States generally.

Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to initiate an investigation to determine the existence of Antidumping Act violations by foreign automobile producers.
