To establish an Ad Hoc select committee on Outer Continental Shelf.

Authorizes the Speaker of the House of Representatives to establish an ad hoc Select Committee on the Outer Continental Shelf to consider and report to the House on the bill H.R. 6218, a bill to establish a policy for the management of oil and natural gas in the Outer Continental Shelf; to protect the marine and coastal environment; to amend the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act; and for other purposes, and on any related matter on this subject within the jurisdiction of the House Committees on Interior and Insular Affairs; Judiciary; and Merchant Marine and Fisheries.

Sets forth the membership of the committee.

Requires the committee to report to the House not later than January 31, 1976.
