Provides funds not in excess of $3,700,000 for the expenses of the Committee on House Administration to provide for maintenance and improvement of ongoing computer services for the House of Representatives and for the investigation of additional computer services for the House of Representatives. Directs that expenses shall be paid out of the contingent fund of the House on vouchers authorized and approved by such committee.
