A bill authorizing payment of committee staff salaries during April 1975.

Provides funds for the period of April 1, 1975, through April 30, 1975, as may be necessary for salaries and the continuance of activities of standing and select committees of the House of Representatives. Authorizes the appropriation of such funds on the same basis and not to exceed the same rates utilized in 1974 to committees which have not been previously provided funds for the First Session of the 94th Congress by a primary expense or other resolution of the House.
