Authorizes appropriations of $965,000 for investigations and studies of the House Committee on International Relations, of which not more than $75,000 may be used for services of individual consultants or organizations pursuant to the Legislative Reorganization Act.
Prohibits the use of such appropriation for study or investigation of any subject which is being investigated for the same purpose by any other House committee.
