Directs the President to provide the House of Representatives, not later than ten days after the adoption of this resolution, with any information which the executive branch has relating to any instance where any citizen of the United States, since December 31, 1970, has been subjected to incarceration or denial of any rights contrary to the laws or Constitution of the Republic of Mexico. Calls for any information concerning inhumane treatment of United States citizens while in custody of Mexico officials or of any agent of the Embassy of the United States to the Republic of Mexico who referred any Mexican attorney to relatives of any such citizen, and whether such agent received a fee from that attorney.
Requests such information as concerns specified individuals and the text of communications between the executive branch and representatives of the Republic of Mexico.
