Authorizes the appropriation of an amount not to exceed $1,540,000 for the expenses of the investigations, studies, oversight, and functions of the Committee on Government Operations. Directs that an amount not to exceed $34,000 may be used to hire consultants. Requires that findings of the Committee shall be reported to the Committee on House Administration.
