Resolution to request that the House of Representatives proceed without delay in its consideration of legislation with respect to the Nation's economic and energy problems.

Assigns top priority within the House of Representatives and House committees to legislation relating to the solution of economic and energy problems.

Directs House committees to work at least 5 days each week within the 90-day limit on deliberation of such bills.

Prohibits further House recesses until all necessary action on such bills is complete.
