Resolution expressing the sense of Congress concerning activities of the Federal Communications Commission regarding the expansion of sports blackout policies.

Directs the Federal Communications Commission to refrain from further action in its consideration of all policies, rulings and regulations restrictive of the carriage by means of cable television of professional games. Specifies that such restraints shall continue until Congress completes its review of Public Law 93-107.
