Resolution to request that the House of Representatives proceed without delay in its consideration of legislation with respect to the Nation's economic and energy problems.

Declares that the committees of the House of Representatives should assign top priority to bills within their jurisdiction which deal with solutions to the National economic and energy problems, and should work at least five days each week on these top priority bills in order to report them to the House for its consideration within the ninety-day period the Congress has reserved for its deliberations.

Declares that the Committee on Rules and the leadership of the House should assign top priority to consideration and action on bills dealing with solutions to the Nation's economic and energy problems.
