Resolution to provide funds for certain expenses of the Democratic caucus and the Republican conference of the House of Representatives.

Provides that, until otherwise provided by law and except as otherwise provided by this resolution, funds shall be available to the Democratic caucus of the House of Representatives and the Republican conference of the House of Representatives for electrical and mechanical office equipment, postage stamps, stationery, and telephone and telegraph and other communications in the same manner and amounts, and pursuant to the same procedures, as funds available from time to time for Members of the House of Representatives.
