Resolution amending clause 6 of rule X of the Rules of the House of Representatives with respect to the election of the chairmen of standing committees of the House.

Provides, under the Rules of the House of Representatives, that except with respect to any Member who was chairman of any Standing Committee during the 94th Congress, no Member may serve as the chairman of the same standing committee for more than five Congresses.
