Creates a Select Committee on Mexico-United States Relations. Authorizes and directs the Committee to conduct a full and complete investigation and study of: (1) Mexican nationals illegally present within the United States; (2) trade policy with Mexico; (3) economic relationships generally between Mexico and the United States; (4) human and civil rights which are a matter of concern to both Mexico and the United States, such as prisoner nationals; (5) Mexico-United States drug traffic; and (6) such other matters as the Committee believes constitute matters of serious concern between Mexico and the United States.
Directs the Committee to report to the House the results of its investigation during the 94th Congress.
