A resolution providing for agreeing to the Senate amendment to the bill H.R. 13350. amendment.

Provides that upon the adoption of this resolution the bill (H.R. 13350) to authorize appropriations to the Energy Research and Development Administration in accordance with section 261 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, section 305 of the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, and section 16 of the Federal Nonnuclear Energy Research and Development Act of 1974, and for other purposes with the Senate amendments thereto, be, and the same is hereby, taken from the Speaker's table to the end that the Senate amendment to the rest of the bill be, and the same is hereby, agreed to with an amendment as follows: in lieu of the matter proposed to be inserted by the Senate, insert as one amendment in the nature of a substitute the combined texts of H.R. 13350 and H.R. 13676 as passed by the House.
