A resolution expressing the sense of the House with respect to the immediate removal of certain regulations unilaterally put in place by the European Economic Community which have the effect of damaging and interfering with historic and acceptable trade patterns in the U.S. exports of dried prunes, and efforts made to restrict exports of walnuts to the EEC, and action taken by the United States if such import regulations are not immediately removed and if additional unilateral regulations are instituted.
