A resolution waiving certain points of order against H.R. 15194. A bill making appropriations for public works employment for the period ending September 30, 1977.

Provides that during the consideration of the bill (H.R. 15194) making appropriations for public works employment for the period ending September 30, 1977, and for other purposes, all points of order against said bill, except for points of order solely against the proviso on page 2, lines 11 through 17, and the proviso on page 3, lines 19 through 21, for failure to comply with the provisions of clause 2, rule XXI, are hereby waived; provided, that no amendment to said bill shall be in order in the House or in the Committee of the Whole except germane amendments relating to appropriations authorized in the Public Works Employment Act of 1976 (Public Law 94-369).
