Provides that immediately upon the adoption of this resolution it shall be in order to take from the Speaker's table the bill (S. 3735) to amend the Public Health Service Act to authorize the establishment and implementation of an emergency national swine flu immunization program and to provide an exclusive remedy for personal injury or death arising out of manufacture, distribution, or administration of the swine flu vaccine under such program, and to consider said bill in the House.
