A resolution to amend the Rules of the House of Representatives to create a standing committee to be known as the committee on health.

Establishes the House Committee on Health which shall have the responsibility for investigating health measures generally, health facilities, health care programs, national health insurance, public health and quarantine, and biomedical research and development. Excludes from the legislative jurisdiction of the committee matters relating to the health care of veterans or Indians.
