Resolution creating a House Commission on Administrative Services and Facilities.

Creates in the House of Representatives a Commission on Administrative Services and Facilities which shall conduct a thorough study with respect to the administrative services, facilities, and space requirements of the Members and committees of the House.

Requires the Commission to submit semiannual reports to the House, and a final report no later than January 2, 1979.
