Resolution to provide that the House Restaurant and the cafeteria and other food service facilities of the House of Representatives shall be privately operated on a self-sustaining basis by persons under contract with the House.

Provides that the Committee on House Administration of the House of Representatives shall provide for the management and operation of the House restaurant and the cafeteria and other food service facilities of the House through the award of contracts.

States that any such contract awarded by the committee shall be in effect beginning on the date of such award and ending on December 31, of the third calendar year following the calendar year in which the contract was awarded.
