Resolution to create a Select Committee on Energy.

Establishes in the House of Representatives a Select Committee on Energy.

Authorizes the committee to conduct a study with respect to all aspects of the exploration, research and development, production, importation, distribution, and use of all energy-related natural resources, including national priorities and policies with regard to energy.
