A resolution providing for the consideration of H.R. 13350. A bill to authorize appropriations to the Energy Research and Development Administration in accordance with section 261 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, section 16 of the Federal Nonnuclear Energy Research and Development Act of 1974.

Provides that upon the adoption of this resolution it shall be in order to move that the House resolve itself into the Committee of the Whole House on the State of the Union for the consideration of the bill (H.R. 13350) to authorize appropriations to the Energy Research and Development Administration in accordance with section 261 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, section 305 of the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, and section 16 of the Federal Nonnuclear Energy Research and Development Act of 1974, and all points of order against sections 108, 210, and 306 of said bill for failure to comply with the provisions of clause 5, rule XXI are hereby waived.

States that after general debate, which shall be confined to the bill and shall continue not to exceed two hours, one hour to be equally divided and controlled by the chairman and ranking minority member of the Committee on Science and Technology and one hour to be equally divided and controlled by the chairman and ranking minority member of the Joint Committee on Atomic Energy, the bill shall be read for amendment under the five-minute rule by titles instead of by sections.

Directs the Committee, at the conclusion of the consideration of the bill for amendment, to rise and report the bill to the House with such amendments as may have been adopted, and the previous question shall be considered as ordered on the bill and amendments thereto to final passage without intervening motion except one motion to recommit.
