A resolution providing for the expenses for the 2nd session activities of the Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs.

Authorizes the expenditure of up to $576,100 for the expenses of investigation and studies to be conducted by the House Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs. States that such expenditures shall be paid from the contingent fund of the House.
