Appropriates $660,000 to the House Committee on House Administration for investigations and inquiries to be conducted by the Committee. Allocates $65,000 of such amount for consultants' fees.
Directs that no part of the funds authorized by this resolution shall be available for expenditure in connection with the study or investigation of any subject which is being investigated for the same purpose by any other committee of the House.
