A bill to amend section 1114 of title 18, United States Code to include certain employees of the Corps of Engineers of the Department of the Army within the protective provisions of title 18.

Extends Federal jurisdiction to homicides of civilian officials or employees of the Army Corps of Engineers who are assigned to perform investigations, inspections, or law or regulatory enforcement functions in connection with civil activities of the Department of the Army. (Amends 18 U.S.C. 1114)
