A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to modify the requirements for coordination between the medicare program established by that title and the Federal employees health benefits program.

States that no payments may be made for items provided under title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to any individual if such items are covered under the Federal employees health benefits program, unless a supplemental protection option has been afforded the Federal employee.
