A bill to amend title 39 of the United States Code to permit the transportation, mailing, and broadcasting of advertising, information, and materials concerning lawful gaming activities.

Permits the transportation, mailing, and broadcasting of advertising, information, and materials concerning lawful gaming activities to the extent that such activities are legal in the State in which they are organized. (Amends 18 U.S.C. 1307 and 39 U.S.C. 3005(d))
