A bill to amend section 206 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act relating to reimbursement and advance construction.

Extends the use of the present formula for reimbursement of the cost of construction of publicly owned treatment works from July 1, 1972, to July 1, 1973, under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act. Increases the appropriation for such reimbursements to $2,950,000,000.
