A bill to amend title 32, United States Code, to authorize the Secretary concerned to prescribe the frequency of inspections.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Army to prescribe the frequency of inspections of units of the National Guard. Includes in the areas of inspection the accounts of property and fiscal officers of the National Guard. (Amends 32 U.S.C. 105(a); repeals 32 U.S.C. 708(d))
