A bill to provide that the last Friday in August begin the period during which telecasting of professional football games may not conflict with interscholastic and intercollegiate football games.

States that beginning with the last Friday in August the telecasting of professional football games may not conflict with interscholastic and intercollegiate football games.

Provides that the provisions of this Act shall apply with respect to the calendar years beginning after December 1, 1975.
