A bill to amend title IX of the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 relating to special economic development and adjustment assistance.

Revises the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 to extend the special economic development and adjustment assistance provided by that Act to eligible recipients in areas which have demonstrated long-term economic deterioration.

Increases from $100,000,000 to $125,000,000 the appropriation authorized for fiscal year 1976 for the special economic development and adjustment assistance program of the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965.
