Provides that when an eligible veteran transfers between consecutive school terms from one approved institution to another, the veteran shall, for the purpose of entitlement to the payment of the educational assistance allowance, be considered to be enrolled at the first institution for a period of thirty days.
Provides educational assistance allowance to each veteran who served from July 25, 1947, until June 27, 1950, for a period of more than 180 days and received a discharge under conditions other than dishonorable. Extends veterans the maximum educational benefits from 36 to 45 months.
