Sets forth the basic administrative work week for the firefighting personnel of executive agencies. Reduces the number of hours in such work week effective December 31, 1976, and December 31, 1977.
Exempts such firefighting personnel from the maximum hours provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938.
