A bill to amend the Social Security Act so as to provide that, under certain circumstances, the entire area of a State will be redesignated as a single professional standards review organization area.

Provides that upon an affirmative response from more than 50 percent of the doctors answering the question with respect to such a change, the entire area of a State will be redesignated as a single Professional Standards Review Organization area.
