A bill to make the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands eligible to participate in certain Federal fisheries programs.

Makes the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands eligible, under the Commercial Fisheries Research and Development Act, to participate in Federal programs designed for research and development of the Commercial fisheries resources of the United States. (Amends 16 U.S.C. 779)
