A bill to extend the Emergency Petroleum Allocation Act.

Title I: Emergency Petroleum Allocation Extension Act - Extends the mandatory allocation program provisions of the Emergency Petroleum Allocation Act of 1973 to October 20, 1975 (presently expires August 31, 1975).

Title II: Coal Conversion Extension Act - Extends, until December 31, 1975, under the Energy Supply and Environmental Coordination Act of 1974, the authority of the Federal Energy Administrator to prohibit by rule or order the use of petroleum or natural gas at installations capable of using coal to generate heat and power.
