Title II: Coal Conversion Extension Act - Extends, until December 31, 1975, under the Energy Supply and Environmental Coordination Act of 1974, the authority of the Federal Energy Administrator to prohibit by rule or order the use of petroleum or natural gas at installations capable of using coal to generate heat and power.
