Authorizes the continuance until June 30, 1978 (presently until June 30, 1976) of the suspension of the import duty under the U.S. Tariff Schedules on specified horses.
Amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to postpone until October 1, 1977, the effective date of the change in the rule for allocating basis for player contacts transferred in connection with the sale of a franchise.
