A bill to amend title 23 of the United States Code relating to the description of the Federal-aid secondary system.

Provides that after June 30, 1976, the Federal-aid secondary system of highways shall consist of rural collector routes (rather than rural major collector routes as are now included). (Amends 23 U.S.C. 103(c)(2))
