Directs the Secretary of the Army to convey to the State of Oklahoma specified real estate within Camp Gruber, in Muskogee County, for the use of the Oklahoma National Guard.
Stipulates that any survey costs or related costs for such transfer shall be borne by the State of Oklahoma.
