Directs and authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire the Wallace House in Petersburg, Virginia, site of the last meeting of General Grant and President Lincoln. Directs the Secretary to administer it as part of the Petersburg National Battlefield.
Authorizes the appropriation of such sums as are necessary to carry out this Act.
