A bill to amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to provide that, in determining the eligibility of an individual who is a paraplegic for assistance under a State medicaid plan, the financial responsibility of such individual's spouse shall not be taken into account, and to require that each such plan include the provision of private duty nursing services for such individuals.
