A bill to amend the Social Security Act to make certain that recipients of supplemental security income benefits, recipients of social services, recipients of aid to families with dependent children, and recipients of payments under the veterans' benefits programs and certain other Federal and federally-assisted programs will not have the amount of such benefits, services, aid, or payments reduced because of increases in monthly social security benefits.

Provides, under the Social Security Act, that recipients of supplemental security income benefits, recipients of aid or assistance under the various Federal-State public assistance and medicaid programs, and recipients of assistance or benefits under the veterans' pension and compensation program and specified other Federal and federally assisted programs, including the food stamp program and the public housing program, will not have the amount of such benefits, aid, or assistance reduced because of post-1975 increases in monthly social security benefits.
