A bill to extend to all individuals the full tax benefits of income splitting now enjoyed by married individuals filing joint returns.

Provides for the taxation of the income of heads of households and unmarried individuals at the same rates as those paid by married individuals filing joint returns under the Internal Revenue Code.

Provides for the taxation of trusts and estimates at the rates presently paid by married individuals filing separate returns.
