A bill to amend Public Law 90-206 relative to the terms under which recommendations transmitted to Congress regarding rates of pay reviewed by the Commission on Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Salaries shall become effective.

Requires the affirmative acceptance by roll call vote of both Houses of Congress of recommendations for pay adjustments submitted to Congress pursuant to the report of the Commission on Executive, Legislative, and Judiciary Salaries before such recommendations may become effective.
