A bill to amend the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act for the purpose of making retroactive any exemption issued under such act.

Provides that an exemption made pursuant to the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act shall apply to any sale or lease of land regardless of whether the transaction occurred before or after the issuance of such exemption.
