Entitles a locally recruited teacher for a school operated by the Department of Defense in an overseas area to the same overseas differentials and allowances as a domestically recruited teacher upon completion of 90 days of satisfactory service.
Provides that the classifying and assigning of teachers and teaching positions in salary classes and groups, and the determination of basic compensation for teachers in such schools shall be done in accordance with the provisions of the District of Columbia Teachers' Salary Act of 1965.
