A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code to liberalize the provisions relating to the payment of pension.

Authorizes the continued payments of pension funds covering the aid and attendance cost for specified dependents of a veteran following the death of such dependent, on the condition that the income of the veteran does not exceed a specified limit. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 521)
