Provides that the remarriage of a widow, widower, or parent shall not reduce the entitlement to benefits under the Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance program of the Social Security Act.
Excludes the amount of any cost-of-living increase received under any program of the Social Security Act in determining the entitlement to supplemental security income benefits.
Lowers to specified levels the rate of tax on self-employment income and the rate with respect to the tax on employees under the Federal Insurance Contributions Act for individuals age 65 and over.
