A bill to amend the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act and title V of the Housing Act of 1949 for the purposes of permitting towns of 25,000 or fewer inhabitants to be considered rural areas for purposes of those acts, and for the purpose of making Guam eligible for assistance under the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act.
