Provides that the Commodity Credit Corporation shall be the seller or marketing agent for all export sales of specified raw agricultural commodities.
Authorizes the Corporation to acquire commodities on the domestic market to meet the objectives of this Act.
Allows the Corporation to act upon the request of a producer or any other person as an exclusive marketing agent. States that the owner of the commodity may stipulate the minimum price below which the commodity can not be sold.
Requires that a record of all terms and conditions of each export scale be made available for public inspection.
